The DOST-Technology Application and Promotion Institute (DOST-TAPI), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP 2,377,620.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Laptops under ISSP Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The DOST-TAPI now invites bids for Procurement of Third-Party Workforce Service Provider for 2026. Delivery of the Goods is as stated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements of these bidding documents. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.

The Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI), through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake a procurement through Appendix 28 of the IRR of RA 9184 for the following project:
Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Sixty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Hongkong Dollars (HKD 68,300.00)
