PURPOSE: 2025 NATIONWIDE HANDA PILIPINAS EXPO 2025 – LUZON LEG

Origin : Bicutan, Taguig – Baguio City – Bicutan, Taguig
Mode of Shipment: Door to Door
Truck size : 1 x 6-wheeler wing van (20foooter)

Event Proper: August 7-9, 2025 / Baguio City (Luzon)

Inclusions: 12% vat and other miscellaneous fees (toll, gasoline, permit, etc.)

• Pick-up the exhibit materials to DOST-TAPI, Bicutan Taguig City on a scheduled date (TBA) or at least 3days prior to the event proper.
• must be in the location 1day before the ingress which is set on August 5, 2025
• must return the exhibit materials back to DOST-TAPI within 7days after the event
• provide additional 3-4 manpower who will assist in the hauling and loading in Bicutan, Taguig City
• Food of the staff must be included in the quotation
• Full payment shall be made after the completion of Service
• Corresponding penalty will be imposed for late delivery of exhibit materials
