Minimum Requirements:

Education:     Completion of two (2) years of studies in college

Experience:   None required

Training:        None required

Eligibility:       Career Service (Sub-Professional) / First Level Eligibility

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1.  Knowledgeable in different computer applications.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Records Officer in the management of official records of the Institute which include all incoming and outgoing correspondences, documents, etc.;
  2. Encoding/assigning of Reference Number of outgoing documents thru the DOST Electronic Records Management System (ERMS);
  3. Assist in the preservation and disposition of records;

  5. Scanning of permanent files (Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) / Conformes / Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), etc.) and TAPI Issuances (Special Order, Administrative Order, Memorandum Circular, Office Order and Local Travel Order) for uploading at TAPI Website;
  6. Managing and monitoring of the DOST-TAPI Online Routing System (DTORS) such as uploading official documents in the system;
  7. In-charge of maintenance of TAPI FAD Records Section Archives Room and Records Center;
  8. Provide overall coordination and facilitate dissemination of information, issuances and policies to concerned employees of the Division;
  9. Prepares Annual Procurement Plan of the Records Section;
  10. Mail handling via LBC/DHL/JRS and Post Office;
  11. Hand carry of official documents to different DOST Agencies within DOST Compound and to CSC – Field Office and Landbank of the Philippines – Bicutan Branch;
  12. Attends meetings, seminars/workshops in relation to duties and responsibilities of Records Section;
  13. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
