Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HR Section of DOST – TAPI.
- Directs and oversee HR programs and functions in compliance with the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME – HRM) pillars
- Craft and implement HR policies and guidelines in accordance with Civil Service Law, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate with Civil Service Commission (CSC), Department of Science and Technology – Central Office (DOST – CO), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Commission on Audit (COA), and other oversight agencies on HR-related matters to ensure compliance with applicable policies.
- Review, validate, and ensure the timely submission of HR-related reports.
- Provide technical support to various HR committees of the organization.
- Perform other duties as may be required from time to time
